Mike, Palm Close.Gary and Steave came out to my sons house in west derby, and gave a fair estimate, for a smashed double glazed unit, and to replace glass in a cupboard door. They replaced both on 19th December. A fair price, and two genuine nice guys, nothing was too much trouble.. I would highly recommend Walton Glass.

I rang Walton glass today 14/12/17 at approx 2.50pm to request a quality test on the windows of our children’s centre. I was so supprised and impressed by the advice and help I received from making the phone call up until the check was complete. First of all the help I received was amazing via the phone call. The workmen Gary and Stephen arrived less than 30 minutes later to complete the work I requested. They were both polite, helpful and very friendly. I have an old property that had an arched doorway. The the glass was a unique shape. It was measured and fitted in a matter of days with a sandblasted house number. I can’t recommend Walton glass enough. The fitters Gary and Steve turned up at exactly the agreed time (unusual for this trade) and were tidy, professional and efficient. Top job!!

2 of them were an awkward shape. I was given a quote the very next day and was told a very good price. I ordered them over the phone with a deposit and the glass tops were delivered within the time I was told which was one week. A very quick reliable and professional service. After some hooligan put a brick through my front window at 1:30 in the morning I phoned Walton glass at 08:25 and by 09:00 Gary and Steve visited after a quick measurement they said they would be back in the afternoon by 12:30 they had returned with a replacement double glazed unit and had fitted it, both my wife and I received empathy from Gary and Steve.
Hopefully I will not require them in an emergency again but 1st class service from both the lads and also thanks to stu in the office for priority of service, if I ever need and replacement or glazing jobs in the future I would not hesitate to huse Walton glass.

Steven and Gary called this morning to convert my front porch windows (wood framed single glazed) to double glazed units. They could not have been more professional. They took great care with my property, covering everywhere with clean dust sheets. They did the job and I could not be more pleased, it looks great and exceeds my expectations. They cleared everything up after themselves, so much that I did not have to do any further clearing up…. That in itself is amazing. The men themselves were lovely people, and very friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone. You can have 100% confidence in Walton glass. (And the price was a very fair price too!).

I got intouch with walton glass an they were amazing, I had regular updates and they were super fast in getting the glass ordered an fitted. Needed a double glazed unit removed for delivery of large couch, arranged a date and time for both the glaziers and furniture delivery to arrive, everyone was right on time. Stephen and Gary from Walton Glass were extremely proffesional in removing the pane, very clean and no mess and they even assisted the delivery men in getting my couch into the room, would highly recommend them to everyone, great job.

I’d been told by 3 other companies that my 90 year mother needed brand new double glazing with a new front door, quotes between 4 and 5k. Imagine my delight when I was told that the seals had simply ‘ gone’ with a few cosmetic repairs to boot! Basically a full MOT on all windows and doors.
Hard to find honest tradedmen these days…..so from inital enquiry to completion of the work – 3 days and the cost of £350 !!!

The guys came out the following morning and had removed the window and even helped me take the sofa through the window. Excellent service, must have only took about 10-15 minutes. Called various companies which all claimed to be able to replace same day but prices seemed a bit excessive, tried Walton glass as a local company and was very happy to be quoted a price that was almost half that of the larger companies. They couldn’t come that day but promised to phone the next morning to arrange a time which they did at 08:15 and arrived just over an hour later. Job done very quickly and professionally by two very polite and friendly men.

I required a matching leaf patterned bespoke sized panel window for a relatives front door. The service provided was informative, helpful, and very friendly and courteous. I was informed that toughened glass was required and the pattern was successfully matched and ordered, after they helpfully demonstrated alternatives, if I required immediate fitting. Once ordered they also provided me with some wood to temporarily board up the door and provided me with the necessary silicone for the subsequent glazing in advance. As informed I received a call when the glass was available for collection on the day originally stated. On collection Stewart was again very courteous and efficient and remembered me on sight. I was provided with the glass as ordered and informed and paid the very competitive and reasonable price for that and the silicone as originally quoted and informed. I required a matching leaf patterned bespoke sized panel window for a relatives front door. The service provided was informative, helpful, and very friendly and courteous. I was informed that toughened glass was required and the pattern was successfully matched and ordered, after they helpfully demonstrated alternatives, if I required immediate fitting. Once ordered they also provided me with some wood to temporarily board up the door and provided me with the necessary silicone for the subsequent glazing in advance. As informed I received a call when the glass was available for collection on the day originally stated. On collection Stewart was again very courteous and efficient and remembered me on sight. I was provided with the glass as ordered and informed and paid the very competitive and reasonable price for that and the silicone as originally quoted and informed. Overall an excellent value for money, quality product and service that I would definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend to others, as I will be doing so to my family and friends as and when needed. A gem of a place that you should use without hesitation if you need glass or glazing products and/or services.

Patricia Burke Liverpool 2/Feb/16 – I called into Walton Glass yesterday as I had broken the glass in a small round frame and was having difficulty getting a replacement glass. I spoke to Stephen who was busy at the time but still found time to be extremely helpful, and very professional in his approach. He explained to me that they did not have a machine that could cut a piece of glass this size, but did however offer to cut the glass by hand!
I left the measurements and when I called back Stephen had cut two pieces for me and I am delighted with the result and with a job well done.

The unit was semi-circlular at the top and I asked for a coloured band/pattern all the way around the glass. When I called into the shop the staff were very helpful and explained what I could and couldn’t do with the pattern. The guys came out to assess my requirements as I thought I would have to have totally new windows. Was really pleased when they suggested just changing the glass and saved me a large amount of money.
